I think I've figured out the problem with the board being closed after starting a game with the Chess-By-Blog button - turns out somewhere along the way, a spurious <P></P> tag is being inserted (you can see the newline in the HTML editor when you hit the button - WordPress is being silly and inserting a break for me) and the client code is getting confused by that extra tag. I still get a bizarre error sometimes when I try to post a move, but as soon as I refresh the page it lets me make the move then.
